Bull\u2019s Blood) is the traditional blend of the region. The mixing of international and local varieties results in a red that is unlike any other. The constituting elements were carefully selected to reflect the local character. This is a wine chock full of flavours resembling forest fruit and it boasts a silky texture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the 2018 Bikav\u00e9r the Sebesty\u00e9ns feel that the ideals and ideas they have been nursing for the last 8-10 years have finally come to fruition. They did make gradual progress in the intervening years but they believe that looking back in a few years time this vintage will be seen as a clear and distinct turning point.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The journey began by planting K\u00e9kfrankos and Kadarka, the two essential elements of any Szeksz\u00e1rd Bikav\u00e9r, in some of the best crus of the region like Iv\u00e1nv\u00f6lgy,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porkol\u00e1b-v\u00f6lgy and G\u00f6r\u00f6gsz\u00f3. By producing single variety single vineyard wines they have gained a deeper understanding of the character of each plot which enables them to choose the best lots for blending.
