Aged in barrels for 12 months, bottled without fining or filtering to preserve authenticity. Intense raspberry syrup on the nose leading to fine tannins and typically zesty M\u00e1tra acidity on the palate. This is a K\u00e9kfrankos from a vintage with continental weather, medium length finish and good potential for ageing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yield per vine: 1-1.5 kg. Farming: organic (all vineyards are under officially controlled organic conversion). Fermentation: ambient yeasts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>DI\u00d3S vineyard: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Southern exposure, volcanic bedrock and gravel. The topsoil is brown forest soil rich in clay. An outstanding cru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>F\u00e1y-domb vineyard: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Western exposure; the topsoil is brown forest soil and loess rich in clay. A very reliable spot. Accessible for farming even after the haviest rains.
