Patricius Winery – Katinka, 2018

This is one of the benchmark late harvest style wines in the Tokaj wine region. The bunches picked late autumn contained both healthy and overripe, botrytised berries. The nose and the palate are dominated by the typical and marked aromas of Furmint and Muscat Lunel. It’s a wine that shows a dynamic balance with a streak of minerality, creamy mouthfeel and an incredibly long finish.
