The grapes were harvested and selected manually at the end of September. Fermented without added yeasts in steel tank. The musts of three vineyards, still fermenting, were blended: Hetény, Nyergesek and Dongó Hárslevelű fermented partly with skin contact. It was bottled with 14 g/l sugar and fermentation was completed more or less by early January. The wine is still ageing on its lees in bottles without disgorgement.
